Attracting market leading companies and forging long term partnerships has always been the primary objective for the team at LCW Global. This has yet again been re-affirmed with the announcement that Vivobarefoot have renewed their title partnership of the country’s paramount marathon event.
When Vivobarefoot started making shoes they were told that they were too thin and too wide. However their intensive and innovative research showed conventional shoe’s were hurting the movement of the feet, with production process demands hurting the environment too. Sustainable design has to be fit for purpose, and fit for the planet, so Vivobarefoot followed their feet, not the rules!! By 2020 they will be using 90% sustainable materials across their entire range whist still looking after the health of our feet.
Cementing their 3rd year as title marathon partner and entering their 4th year involvement with the LCW Global brand, Head of Communications Nicholas Charlier had the following to say,
“We are looking forward to our third year at the VIVOBAREFOOT Wales Marathon. It’s one of the highlights of the year for us and one of the most enjoyable events on the global circuit. Our professional coaches will be offering movement clinics all weekend and we will also have our full shoe range available for trial. We want to help people reconnect with nature and we see the Vivobarefoot Wales Marathon as a great way for doing this. We will be onsite all weekend offering foot focused advise for runners and walkers alike, with the aim of helping people more naturally. See you in Tenby for another great event!”
CEO of LCW Global Matthew Evans was in similarly high spirits as news broke of the partnership renewal,
